Our sessions are tailored into full-day and half-day workshops, which can include perception questionnaires, competitor and vision surveys, matrixes (client, customer and audience), message foundations and strategies and tactics. 

Following a typical MaPS workshop, DJC produces a Communications Management Recommendations booklet. The booklet includes a positioning statement, core and key messages. This forms the foundation for all future communications, internal and external, which guarantees message consistency when addressing all critical stakeholders.
